Your Agreement with Our Platform

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless context requires otherwise:

• The minimum deposit amount is 500 PKR. Specific minimum and maximum deposit limits for each payment method are displayed at the point of deposit.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will result in refund and potential account review.
• ks999 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply transaction charges at their discretion. Any such charges are your responsibility.
• Deposited funds credited to your ks999 wallet are available for wagering immediately upon successful confirmation of the transaction.

Withdrawal of funds from your ks999 account is subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever technically possible. This policy is in place to prevent fraud and money laundering.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is 1,000 PKR. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

All bets and game sessions on ks999 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, market, or game type. The following general provisions apply across all products:

• All bets are placed at the risk of the Player. Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified except where ks999's specific market rules permit in-play amendments.
• In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or software malfunction during a game session, ks999's records will be the authoritative record of game outcomes. Where a game cannot be resolved due to a critical error, stakes may be returned at ks999's discretion.
